How this was verified
Rows below are only shops whose Daly City city street address is on the California DOJ Public Live Scan Sites list and whose dedicated DOJ hours include Saturday (or Weekends) and Walk-in(s).
- Primary: CA DOJ Live Scan locations, San Mateo County (accessed 2026-09-11)
- Per-location DOJ pages linked in each row (accessed 2026-09-11)
- Operator pages were not used to create rows. Nobody was called.
Nobody was called. DOJ itself says to confirm hours and fees before you go. If a cell could not be verified, it is marked UNVERIFIED.
Go / no-go before you leave
- Form first. The requesting agency fills the ORI / OCA / job title. A blank 8016 from the internet is usually rejected. DOJ: Applicants.
- Unexpired photo ID. Expired IDs are not accepted (DOJ applicants page, accessed 2026-09-11).
- Two fees. (a) Rolling fee = the shop’s price in the table. (b) DOJ/FBI processing = extra, amount depends on your agency. Some agencies put a billing number on the form so you only pay rolling. There is no honest single “Live Scan costs $X” number.
- Cash vs card. All four INCLUDE rows list Cash plus card options on DOJ. Ship Daly City and Post Point Hub flag that additional service fees may apply. DOJ: “check for any restrictions on method of payment, such as cash or money order only.”
- Store hours ≠ fingerprint hours. UPS and Certifix retail pages advertise shipping / notary hours. Live Scan Saturday hours are the DOJ column.
- Mobile flag. Post Point Hub and The UPS Store #6096 list Mobile Services Available on DOJ. This page is for the Daly City street addresses above — mobile pricing was not verified (nobody called).
- Odd zip on DOJ. Certifix Live Scan dbw The UPS Store #0966 lists postal code 94115 with locality Daly City. Keep the DOJ text; confirm the address before you go.
Official state / FBI processing examples (not your total; purpose codes differ): DOJ Custodian of Records page lists state $32.00 and federal $17.00 for that specific COR submission (source, accessed 2026-09-11). The statewide Applicant Fingerprint Processing Fees PDF is still labeled “As of August 17, 2012 — Subject to Change.” Do not budget from it.

Shops in other San Mateo County cities are other cities (not listed here). San Francisco already has its own Saturday walk-in page.
The official list still lies
DOJ’s own disclaimer (accessed 2026-09-11): contact providers “in advance to verify their current operating hours, fees, etc.” This page is a filtered Saturday walk-in list for the city of Daly City, not a dump of the county search. Appointment-only shops and weekday-only shops are kept off the include table on purpose; other cities in the county stay off this page.
After you scan
Results go to the requesting agency, not to you (DOJ applicants page). Keep the yellow copy / ATI number. If prints reject, resubmission rules are the agency’s, not the shop’s.
Nearby: Saturday walk-in Live Scan Oakland — 7 shops, rolling fees $23–$50.
